What COHORTS ARE
We’ve launched Port City Staff Cohorts! We want to provide a dedicated space for staff to experience support, development, and discipleship with a small group of peers committed to being companions and champions of one another.
THE PLAN
Launch
On January 21st we’ll launch Staff Cohorts with
a fun day of learning who is in your cohort, a little group building, and lunch together.
Meetings
Your cohort will get to choose when you meet and we’ll provide questions and a framework for your conversations.
Staff Retreat
On Thursday, May 14th we’ll incorporate cohorts into our annual staff retreat and give you some time to process together.
