This means anyone on staff can request a book at any time — one that will shape your leadership, increase your Biblical knowledge, deepen your vision for ministry, or sharpen your professional skills — and then it just appears in your mailbox. No muss. No fuss. No receipt to file. We want our staff to always be growing and challenging themselves, and we believe this is one way to encourage that mindset.
